courtesy of Tore Haugholt - quite clear pale blond beer with no head retention; fresh fruity aroma balanced between rhubarb and straberries, herbal and sourish notes; low carbonation, moderate malt backbone, juicy and dry; decently bitter, fruity and long finish where the strawberries notes dominate; decently sourish - very pleasant
